Gabanna was founded by a food entrepreneur with his heart set on finding ways to fight poverty in Uganda. Sean Patrick is on a mission: to increase the market value of green bananas by making delicious green banana-based pasta. We facilitated 2-half day workshops in which the Gabanna team got story elements on the board and gradually dug through the content to define the brand core. A good starting point from which to build a brand and drive the initiative of using green banana-based pasta to fight poverty in Uganda.
